General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website bodyicing.com, operated by the company ORTHOMEDICA, with any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client").
Any order placed via the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website. bodyicing.com on the day of the consultation.
Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics. Photographs, visuals, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any product at any time.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are shown separately before final order confirmation, in accordance with WooCommerce operation.
ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Ordering (WooCommerce operation)
The customer places the order directly on the website. bodyicing.com via the WooCommerce system.
The order is considered valid and final when:
- The customer has confirmed their order.,
- entered their billing and delivery information,
- accepted these Terms and Conditions via the mandatory checkbox,
- and made the payment.
When the Client requests coverage from Social Security and/or their supplementary health insurance provider, they must provide the following information:
- Scanned copy of the prescription
- Scanned copy of the patient's or their beneficiary's health insurance card
- Scanned copy of the health insurance card.
A confirmation email is automatically sent after payment is validated.
ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, obvious error or non-payment.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site via WooCommerce (credit card and secure payment solutions).
Transactions are secured by approved payment providers. ORTHOMEDICA never has access to the Client's bank details.
Article 7 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only at the time of ordering. ORTHOMEDICA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
The risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the products.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The products must be returned:
- not used,
- complete,
- in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.
Article 9 – Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
When an order is processed with full third-party payment and the Customer has not paid the fees upfront, the Customer automatically and immediately waives their right of withdrawal. Therefore, no refund will be issued to the Customer for any sums not yet paid.,
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
- to products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons,
- to products used or damaged by the Customer after delivery.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
The products benefit from:
- of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code),
- of the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Article 11 – Liability
ORTHOMEDICA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
The products offered do not constitute a medical device or a medical act, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and do not replace medical advice.
ORTHOMEDICA's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected via WooCommerce is necessary for the management of orders, deliveries and payments.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Client has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their data by contacting:
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site bodyicing.com (texts, images, logos, trademarks, content) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
