Photographs, visuals, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any product at any time.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 4 \u2013 Price<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac), including all taxes (TTC).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery charges are shown separately before final order confirmation, in accordance with WooCommerce operation.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 5 \u2013 Ordering (WooCommerce operation)<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer places the order directly on the website. <a href=\"http:\/\/bodyicing.com\/en\/\">bodyicing.com<\/a> via the WooCommerce system.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The order is considered valid and final when:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer has confirmed their order.,<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entered their billing and delivery information,<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accepted these Terms and Conditions via the mandatory checkbox,<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and made the payment.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the Client requests coverage from Social Security and\/or their supplementary health insurance provider, they must provide the following information:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Scanned copy of the prescription<\/li><li>Scanned copy of the patient&#039;s or their beneficiary&#039;s health insurance card\u00a0<\/li><li>Scanned copy of the health insurance card.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A confirmation email is automatically sent after payment is validated.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORTHOMEDICA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, obvious error or non-payment.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 6 \u2013 Payment<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment is due immediately upon ordering.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The accepted payment methods are those offered on the site via WooCommerce (credit card and secure payment solutions).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transactions are secured by approved payment providers. ORTHOMEDICA never has access to the Client&#039;s bank details.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 7 \u2013 Delivery<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only at the time of ordering. ORTHOMEDICA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the products.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 8 \u2013 Right of withdrawal<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The request must be made by email to <a href=\"mailto:bodyicing@orthomedica.net\"><strong>bodyicing@orthomedica.net<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The products must be returned:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not used,<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">complete,<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in their original packaging.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.<\/p><h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 9 \u2013 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal<\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When an order is processed with full third-party payment and the Customer has not paid the fees upfront, the Customer automatically and immediately waives their right of withdrawal.
